Bonjour! Je m'appelle Gretchen\u00a0! Mon amour pour le Colorado a commenc\u00e9 il y a plus de 30 ans lorsque ma famille a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 de l'\u00c9tat de Washington \u00e0 Colorado Springs o\u00f9 j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 fr\u00e9quenter l'Air Academy High School. Mon amour a continu\u00e9 de grandir en 1993 lorsque j'ai achet\u00e9 ma toute premi\u00e8re maison dans la communaut\u00e9 de Briargate dans la belle ville de Colorado Springs. Chaque matin, alors que je montais l'escalier, je regardais avec admiration le lever de soleil majestueux de la montagne violette qui se refl\u00e9tait sur Pikes Peak. Cette image reste fra\u00eeche dans ma m\u00e9moire \u00e0 ce jour.<\/p>

Ma famille s'est agrandie, nous avons vendu notre maison de Colorado Springs et avons d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 en Arizona o\u00f9 j'\u00e9tais une m\u00e8re au foyer de 3 enfants incroyables. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les enfants grandissaient, j'ai acquis des exp\u00e9riences d'enseignement dans ma propre classe de maternelle (j'avais enseign\u00e9 \u00e0 mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans le district 20 de Colorado Springs), d'enseignement suppl\u00e9ant, d'enregistrement et d'enseignement dans une \u00e9cole secondaire \u00e0 charte, de possession et de gestion d'une maison de courtage d'hypoth\u00e8ques, investir dans et g\u00e9rer mes propres biens immobiliers. En 2004, j'ai courageusement cr\u00e9\u00e9 ma propre entreprise de r\u00e9paration et de retournement de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res. J'ai beaucoup appris et j'ai eu beaucoup de succ\u00e8s. Malheureusement, nous avons tous ressenti l'impact de la crise immobili\u00e8re de 2007-2008 ; Cependant, il ne fallut pas longtemps avant que je sois de retour dans la vente en gros de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res r\u00e9sidentielles. Avec le d\u00e9sir de continuer \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 grandir dans le secteur immobilier, j'ai obtenu ma licence immobili\u00e8re en Arizona en 2014.<\/p>

En 2017, mes enfants \u00e9taient partis dans le monde \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge adulte depuis un certain temps et je savais qu'il \u00e9tait temps de changer. J'ai saisi l'opportunit\u00e9 de retourner dans le Colorado et de g\u00e9rer des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s commerciales et r\u00e9sidentielles appartenant \u00e0 ma famille. De mani\u00e8re inattendue, j'ai fini par g\u00e9rer notre atelier de r\u00e9paration automobile familial \u00e0 Woodland Park. C'\u00e9tait tout un changement, car je connaissais tr\u00e8s peu la r\u00e9paration automobile !<\/p>

Au d\u00e9but de 2020, j'ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'obtenir ma licence immobili\u00e8re au Colorado. J'ai r\u00e9cemment activ\u00e9 ma licence avec EXIT Realty Pikes Peak. Je me suis senti tellement bien accueilli et soutenu. Je suis continuellement impressionn\u00e9 par la formation, le professionnalisme et l'expertise d'EXIT Realty. Ma priorit\u00e9 dans la vie a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 la FAMILLE !! En dehors de ma carri\u00e8re dans l'immobilier, je fais du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat dans une entreprise mondiale qui offre une formation en croissance et d\u00e9veloppement personnel. J'ai le privil\u00e8ge d'avoir pu voyager (\u00e0 l'\u00e9poque pr\u00e9-Covid) \u00e0 Londres, au Canada et dans divers endroits aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour dispenser ces cours aux jeunes, aux adolescents et \u00e0 leurs familles. Cela a vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 l'une des exp\u00e9riences les plus enrichissantes de ma vie de pouvoir faire une diff\u00e9rence dans la vie des jeunes, des adolescents et de leurs parents. Je sais que les effets d'entra\u00eenement seront visibles pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures pour toujours.<\/p>
