\u00a1Hola! \u00a1Soy Gretchen! Mi amor por Colorado comenz\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os cuando mi familia se mud\u00f3 del estado de Washington a Colorado Springs, donde comenc\u00e9 a asistir a la escuela secundaria Air Academy. Mi amor sigui\u00f3 creciendo en 1993 cuando compr\u00e9 mi primera casa en la comunidad de Briargate en la hermosa Colorado Springs. Todas las ma\u00f1anas, mientras sub\u00eda las escaleras, miraba con asombro la majestuosa salida del sol de la monta\u00f1a p\u00farpura que se reflejaba en Pikes Peak. Mi familia se expandi\u00f3, vendimos nuestra casa de Colorado Springs y nos mudamos a Arizona, donde yo era una madre ama de casa de 3 ni\u00f1os incre\u00edbles. A medida que los ni\u00f1os crec\u00edan, asum\u00ed la experiencia de ense\u00f1ar en mi propia clase de jard\u00edn de infantes (hab\u00eda sido maestra de estudiantes en el Distrito 20 de Colorado Springs), maestra sustituta, ser registradora y maestra en una escuela secundaria aut\u00f3noma, ser due\u00f1a y administrar una agencia de corretaje de hipotecas, invertir y administrar mis propias propiedades inmobiliarias. En 2004 inici\u00e9 con valent\u00eda mi propia empresa de reparaci\u00f3n y remodelaci\u00f3n de propiedades inmobiliarias. Aprend\u00ed mucho y tuve un gran \u00e9xito. Lamentablemente, todos sentimos el impacto de la crisis inmobiliaria de 2007-2008; sin embargo, no pas\u00f3 mucho tiempo antes de que volviera a vender propiedades inmobiliarias residenciales al por mayor. Con el deseo de seguir aprendiendo y creciendo en el negocio inmobiliario, obtuve mi licencia de bienes ra\u00edces de Arizona en 2014.<\/p>

En 2017, mis hijos hab\u00edan estado en el mundo como adultos durante bastante tiempo y sab\u00eda que era hora de un cambio. Aprovech\u00e9 la oportunidad de regresar a Colorado y administrar las propiedades comerciales y residenciales que posee mi familia. Inesperadamente, termin\u00e9 administrando nuestro taller de reparaci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles de propiedad familiar en Woodland Park. \u00a1Fue un gran cambio, ya que sab\u00eda muy poco sobre reparaci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles!<\/p>

A principios de 2020 decid\u00ed obtener mi licencia de bienes ra\u00edces de Colorado. Recientemente activ\u00e9 mi licencia con EXIT Realty Pikes Peak. Me he sentido tan bienvenido y apoyado. \u00a1Mi principal prioridad en la vida siempre ha sido la FAMILIA!
